At CreaseX, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure every order is carefully checked before dispatch.

We accept returns only in the case of:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation of bank details.

In case of a damaged or defective product, we offer a free replacement.
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
